SANTENAY
CLOS BELLEFOND

Santenay Clos Bellefond is a vineyard whose highest point reaches 500 meters above sea level. Its ideal exposure, spanning from east to south, combined with oolithic limestone soils, marl, and limestone pebbles, gives the wine a beautiful structure and a refined aromatic expression. Located on the border of the Côte de Beaune, this unique terroir produces characterful wines that are both powerful and elegant.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION

This wine is crafted with special care in our Beaune cellars, following the traditional Burgundian method. Precise vinification and partial aging in oak barrels allow the full complexity of Pinot Noir to shine through, while imparting supple tannins and finesse to its structure.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

Thanks to its rich aromatic profile, this wine is a superb match for roast poultry, beef bourguignon, or mildly spiced couscous. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses such as Brie de Meaux, Pont-l’Évêque, Cîteaux, or Reblochon, perfectly highlighting its complexity and depth.

Ideal serving temperature: 15 to 16 °C.
