SANTENAY 1ER CRU
BEAUREPAIRE
Located at the southernmost tip of the Côte de Beaune, Santenay is renowned for its robust red wines, but it also reveals superb white wines. The Premier Crus, such as the Beaurepaire climat, offer expressions of great elegance, marked by the finesse and purity of Chardonnay. Thanks to a favorable terroir and optimal sunlight, Santenay’s white wines are notable for their freshness and balance.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
The Beaurepaire climat, with its southeast exposure, benefits from an ideal microclimate that allows the grapes to reach perfect ripeness. Its soils, a mix of gravel, marl, and limestone, give the wines structure and natural richness. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a meticulous sorting process to select only the best fruit. Vinification and subsequent wood barrel aging in our Beaune cellars help refine the texture and fully express the purity of the fruit.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
This wine is a perfect pairing for a creamy Bresse chicken fricassée, whose richness is beautifully balanced by the wine’s freshness. It also elevates refined dishes such as grilled lobster, showcasing its complexity and elegance.
Ideal serving temperature: 12 to 14 °C.
