RULLY

Originating from the prestigious terroirs of Burgundy, this white wine expresses all the nobility of Chardonnay. It achieves a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic richness, thanks to ideally situated vineyard plots. The vines benefit from a southeast exposure and are sheltered by the Montagne de la Folie, enabling optimal ripening of the grapes. This unique terroir imparts notable tension and remarkable finesse to the wine.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION

The oolithic limestone and marl soils provide Chardonnay with a distinctive mineral and elegant expression. Vinification takes place in our Beaune cellars using a balanced approach: part of the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, while the remainder is aged in oak barrels. This technique preserves the wine’s fresh fruit character while developing a subtle aromatic complexity.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

With its generous palate, this wine pairs perfectly with pan-seared freshwater fish, warm shellfish, and creamy poultry dishes. It also complements cooked cheeses like Comté and can be enjoyed as an aperitif, revealing all of its freshness and elegance.

Ideal serving temperature: 12 to 14 °C.
