RULLY 1er CRU
Established in 1939, the Rully 1er Cru appellation spans approximately 350 hectares, with 230 dedicated to white wines. Renowned for its exceptional Premier Crus, it comprises 23 climats that showcase the diverse expression of Chardonnay. This terroir, situated on the outskirts of the village of Rully, at an altitude of 350 meters, produces elegant and refined wines that are quintessential representatives of the Côte Chalonnaise.

TERROIR & WINEMAKING
The Rully 1er Cru vines benefit from calcareous and argilo-calcareous soils, promoting a beautiful tension and marked mineral character. This wine is the result of a blend of several parcels, achieving a harmonious balance between freshness and roundness. The winemaking process involves fermentation in tank followed by aging in oak barrels, which adds subtle woody notes and reveals the complexity of this cru.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
With its beautiful unctuousness and finesse, this wine is perfect for sipping as an aperitif or pairing with refined dishes. It complements pan-seared fish, creamy poultry sauces, and more exotic cuisine like sushi. It also pairs well with aged cheeses such as Comté, creating a harmonious balance on the palate.
Ideal serving temperature: 12 to 14°C.
