POUILLY-FUISSé
Located in the southern part of Burgundy, the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation is the crowning jewel of the Mâconnais white wines. Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, these wines showcase the unique character of a terroir that combines calcareous and clay soils with sun-kissed slopes. Renowned for their elegance, rich aromas, and subtle minerality, Pouilly-Fuissé wines perfectly embody the finesse and generosity of great Burgundian white wines, with a perfect balance of freshness and complexity.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
Our “beloved” Pouilly-Fuissé, a true gem of the Madame Veuve Point range, embodies the excellence and expertise of the Point family. This vineyard, nestled at the foot of the majestic Roche de Solutré, is a source of pride and family heritage.
The grapes, carefully harvested at full maturity, are quickly pressed to preserve their freshness and the purity of their aromas. The wine is initially aged on its lees, which adds roundness and complexity, before being refined with a period in oak barrels in our cellars in Beaune.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
The wine’s mineral touch pairs beautifully with noble crustaceans like prawns, lobsters, and langoustines, as well as with cooked foie gras and sushi. It also complements veal, creamy poultry dishes, and goat cheeses. This wine is also a great match for exotic, spicy, and aromatic dishes, such as fish tagines or prawns in a sweet and sour sauce.
Serving temperature: between 11°C and 13°C .
