PINOT NOIR
VIN DE FRANCE
L’Aventure Pinot Noir is meticulously selected from the Aude Valley, a terroir nestled in the shelter of the Pyrenean mountains. Its climate, reminiscent of Burgundy, offers ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, allowing the production of intense, fruity, and elegant wines.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
A pneumatic press is used to extract the juice gently and precisely. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensures the freshness and aromatic purity of the wine. To achieve perfect balance, oak chips are integrated, imparting roundness and subtle woody notes, while still respecting the natural expression of the grape variety.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
This generous wine pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, grilled pork chops, and duck confit. It also matches very well with stir-fried noodles with vegetables and spices, bringing a harmonious balance to the flavors. Finally, it naturally complements a selection of cheeses, for an indulgent tasting experience.
Ideal serving temperature: 14 to 16°C.

TASTING NOTES
This Pinot Noir displays a deep ruby color with garnet highlights. Its expressive nose reveals intense notes of red fruits, spices, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is elegant, harmonious, and well-structured, with rounded tannins and beautiful persistence. Flavors of blackcurrant, licorice, and black cherry unfold towards a slightly vanilla finish, adding a touch of sweetness and complexity.
