NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES
Situated between Dijon and Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges stands as a benchmark appellation of the Côte de Nuits, adjacent to the prestigious Vosne-Romanée. Celebrated for its robust, structured red wines, this appellation benefits from a diversity of terroirs ideally suited to the expression of Pinot Noir, producing age-worthy wines that marry power with refinement.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
Vinification is carried out with meticulous attention in our Beaune cellars. The final blend undergoes one third maturation in French oak barrels, which facilitates integration and aromatic complexity without overpowering the purity of fruit or the original typicity of the terroir. This process allows us to highlight both the natural structure and the elegance of the vintage.

FOOD & WINE PARINGS
This wine is a natural choice for dishes with strong character—roast lamb, beef roast, duck breast, or game meats are classic options, especially when accompanied by Mediterranean vegetable preparations. For a more adventurous pairing, it can also complement a fish prepared in red wine sauce, such as carp in matelote. For cheeses, opt for washed rind soft cheeses like Époisses or Langres to create a harmonious finale to the meal.
Serving temperature: 15–16°C.

TASTING NOTES
With its deep purple hue, this Nuits-Saint-Georges reveals a complex aromatic bouquet of cherry, strawberry, and blackcurrant, progressing to riper notes of prune and, with age, developing distinctive tertiary aromas of leather, truffle, fur, and game. On the palate, it displays impressive structure and volume, supported by firm yet refined tannins, and finished with remarkable length and balance.
