MEURSAULT

Situated in the south of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault is an iconic appellation of the great white wines of Burgundy. Its vineyards, ideally oriented on gentle slopes between 230 and 360 meters in altitude, benefit from an exceptional terroir. Thanks to its marl-limestone soils, Meursault produces wines that are both full-bodied, rich, and extremely refined, recognized for their aromatic complexity and their remarkable aging potential.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION

The excellence of the grapes from this terroir is a true natural heritage. To preserve their purity, we opt for short aging in oak barrels, to reveal their unique character without masking their identity. This approach maintains the balance between aromatic richness and mineral freshness, bringing a natural elegance to this great wine.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

This exceptional wine pairs perfectly with grilled or sauced shellfish, such as prawns, lobster, or crayfish. It also wonderfully enhances poultry and meats in creamy sauces, as well as bolder pairings with blue cheeses or foie gras, offering a refined gastronomic experience.

Ideal serving temperature: 12 to 14°C.

TASTING NOTES

This Meursault displays a clear golden robe with silvery reflections. Its nose is intense and complex, blending toasted notes (almond, hazelnut, toasted bread), buttery and honeyed touches, as well as floral aromas of hawthorn, linden, and verbena. On the palate, the texture is rich and unctuous, balanced by a beautiful mineral freshness that prolongs the tasting experience with elegance.
