MÂCON-VILLAGES
Between Côte Chalonnaise and Roche de Solutré, the Mâconnais vineyard stretches over nearly 40 kilometers, offering a hilly landscape bordered by the Saône and Grosne rivers. The Mâcon-Villages AOC, characterized by its slopes exposed up to 400 meters in altitude, benefits from an ideal climate for Chardonnay, which develops a beautiful aromatic expression, blending freshness and indulgence.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
The soils of the Mâconnais, marked by faults and limestone formations, give these wines their mineral typicity and generous roundness. To preserve all the finesse of the fruity and floral aromas of the grape variety, this wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks in our cellars in Beaune, under strict temperature control. This method ensures perfect freshness and beautiful aromatic purity.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
Ideal as an appetizer, this wine pairs wonderfully with local specialties like sautéed frog legs or Burgundy snails. It also perfectly accompanies grilled fish, white meats, and risottos. Surprisingly, it also pairs well with sushi or goat cheese, showcasing its versatility.
Ideal serving temperature: 11 to 12 °C.
