CORTON GRAND CRU

Corton Grand Cru is one of Burgundy’s most emblematic treasures. Unique in its kind, its vineyard spreads like an amphitheater across the Corton hill, offering a rare south-east/south-west exposure that favors the optimal ripening of the grapes. While Corton is primarily renowned for its red wines, it also produces very rare white wines of great elegance and exceptional depth—true jewels of the Côte de Beaune.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION

This exceptional terroir is based on rich clay-limestone soils, which impart minerality and structure to the wine. Vinified and matured with care in our Beaune cellars, this Grand Cru is aged in finely chosen oak barrels, enriching its complexity while preserving its noble and authentic character. Only the very best barrels are used, guaranteeing a perfect balance between power and finesse.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

This Grand Cru pairs beautifully with seafood, crayfish, and noble fish. Its ample and refined character also makes it the ideal partner for veal sweetbreads casserole or suprême of poultry with morels. For a more daring pairing, it will also enhance matured goat cheeses.

Ideal serving temperature: 12 to 14 °C.
