CHARDONNAY
VIN DE FRANCE
L’Aventure Chardonnay is sourced from the Aude valley, where the vineyards flourish under the influence of the Pyrenean mountains. This climate, similar to that of Burgundy, allows Chardonnay to reveal its full aromatic richness. This unique terroir gives the wines a lovely fruit intensity, combined with elegant freshness and beautiful roundness.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press, ensuring the most delicate extraction of the juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the primary aromas of the varietal and enhances its freshness. A subtle touch of oak chips is then added to bring roundness and woody notes, further refining the wine’s balance.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
Thanks to its liveliness and aromatic richness, this wine is delightful as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with fish and seafood. It also goes well with richer dishes such as onion tart and a selection of mature cheeses, like Brie, Vacherin, Saint-Nectaire, or Mont-d’Or.
Ideal serving temperature: 11 to 13 °C.

TASTING NOTES
This Chardonnay displays a golden color with green highlights. Its nose is rich and aromatic, unveiling notes of stone fruits, white flowers (honeysuckle, acacia), and toasted bread. On the palate, it is distinguished by its perfect balance of freshness and elegance, offering a generous texture and persistent fruity aromas.
