BOURGOGNE
HAUTES-CÔTES-DE-BEAUNE
Located to the west of the Côte de Beaune, the Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellation stretches across steep valleys offering an authentic and unspoiled landscape. Even Alexandre Dumas praised the beauty of these lands, where the vines thrive at altitudes between 300 and 500 meters. This appellation produces fresh and expressive white wines, true reflections of both terroir and Burgundian know-how.

TERROIR & VINIFICATION
The Hautes-Côtes de Beaune rest on marly and limestone soils that give the wines finesse and minerality. The altitude imparts a natural freshness to the grapes, while the sun exposure encourages excellent ripeness.
In our cellars in Beaune, the vinification process is designed to preserve the pure expression of the fruit. Careful aging on the lees brings complexity and texture to the wine, revealing all the richness of Chardonnay.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
Ideal as an apéritif, this white wine pairs delicately with chicken strips and leeks, shrimp skewers, or chickpea purée. It also elevates creamy fish dishes and vegetable stir-fries, offering a beautiful harmony of flavors. On the cheese side, it goes perfectly with aged goat cheese or Saint-Marcellin.
Serving temperature: 11 to 13 °C.
